A subscription for Proxmox Mail Gateway is an additional service program designed to help IT professionals and businesses to keep their deployments secure and up-to-date. A subscription also provides access to professional support services: You get access to the Proxmox enterprise repository with stable software updates and security enhancements, as well as to technical support and other services. The enterprise repository is recommended for production use.

Choose the subscription level that's best for you. Our four plans are flexible and scalable to your business needs. A subscription is licensed per host for unlimited users and unlimited domains. Subscription period is one year from purchase date and gives you access to the broad infrastructure of enterprise-class software and services.

A subscription is licensed per host for unlimited users and unlimited domains.
In a Proxmox Mail Gateway cluster each host needs a valid subscription. All nodes must have the same subscription level.
All paying subscriptions come with exclusive access to the enterprise repository, stable updates and enhanced security.

Subscription period is one year from purchase date. All prices are net prices. VAT will be added, if applicable.
Technical support is done via the web/email-based Proxmox Customer Portal (in English or German).
Community support is done via the public community forum.
