Partner Benefits
- Attractive discount on Proxmox products.
- Supply "Not For Resale" (NFR) copy of Proxmox Mail Gateway enabling Resellers to learn by the experience of using Proxmox to protect their own networks.
- List all partners in the "Partners" facility on our website. Links take prospective customers directly to Reseller web sites.
- Technical and other information not available to end-user customers.
- Email support.
Partner Requirements
- Sell, install and configure Proxmox products for end users.
- First level customer support (e.g. answer installation and configuration questions, normal operational issues).
- Second level customer support (e.g. routine fault diagnosis due to miss-configuration, compatibility issues etc.) - Proxmox will help.
- Create the sales and support infrastructure to ensure that Proxmox customers receive a quality service.
- Promote Proxmox on their own web site - direct link.
- Pay the yearly partner fee: € 200 If you sell more than 5 licenses the first year no fee will be charged for the next year, the same for the following years.
The application procedure is as follows
- Prospective partners complete the partner’s application form and send it to Proxmox.
- Proxmox assesses the partner’s application form to check that company information and technical skills are appropriate for a Proxmox partner.
- Providing the partners application form is accepted, the prospective partners is sent the partners agreement. This forms the legal contract between the partners and Proxmox.
- The prospective partner studies the partner’s agreement, signs and returns it to Proxmox.
- Proxmox will co-sign the partner’s agreement and return a copy of it to the new partners.
- The new partner will be informed about all other issues.
